This book goes a long way to debunk the paradigm, because there was compelling evidence for conviction&#8230;.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"style184\" style=\"text-align: right;\">\u2013 From \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/hamilton-griffin.com\/book-of-the-week-ross-cheit-the-witch-hunt-narrative-politics-psychology-and-the-sexual-abuse-of-children\/\" target=\"_blank\">Book of the Week<\/a>\u201d by Marci Hamilton at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/hamilton-griffin.com\/mission\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hamilton and Griffin on Rights<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"style184\">Are we now witnessing the beginning of a belated backlash to the backlash over the \u201csatanic ritual abuse\u201d prosecutions? Contrary to Professor Hamilton\u2019s enthusiastic review, Ross Cheit\u2019s 544-page tome is riddled with inaccuracies, distortions and a shocking number of crucial omissions. Fortunately Debbie Nathan and the National Center for Reason and Justice have responded with\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncrj.org\/resources-2\/response-to-ross-cheit\/the-witch-hunt-narrative-rebuttal\/\" target=\"_blank\">a devastating point-by-point refutation<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 about which more later&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style184\">Update: I asked Hamilton, who teaches at Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School, Yeshiva University, to read Nathan\u2019s piece and reconsider.
