McCrory has returned from the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.littlerascalsdaycarecase.org\/?p=1420\">Global Gourmet Games<\/a>, perhaps he is at last bringing his \u2018culpability\u2019 investigation to an end. But the question remains: Why did he open it in the first place? Why was it appropriate to add eight months to North Carolina\u2019s brutal mistreatment of McCollum and Brown?
